At Walter’s Bark & Co., we want you (and your pets) to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.
1. Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened food, treats, supplements, and personal care products (like shampoo) cannot be returned for safety and health reasons.
2. Store Credit Only
- All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
- Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
- No cash or card refunds will be given.
3. Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, bring it in with the receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Online Orders
- For local delivery or pickup orders, the same return rules apply.
- To start a return, please email us at woof@waltersbarkco.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of purchase or delivery. You may receive a replacement item or store credit.
6. Final Sale Items
- Clearance or marked “Final Sale” items cannot be returned or exchanged.
